The result is just as indulgent, rich, and fulfilling as the original!👌 Base: 40g coconut oil 35g peanut butter 180g almond flour 50g agave syrup Caramel: 200g dates 50g crushed peanuts 10g coconut oil Topping: 200g dark chocolate Crushed peanuts For the base: In a bowl add in coconut oil, almond flour, vanilla extract, peanut butter and agave syrup and mix using your hands until a sticky dough. Press into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and put in the freezer. For the caramel: Mash the dates, crushed peanuts, coconut oil until a smooth caramel forms. Spread caramel over the base. For the top: Melt your chocolate in the microwave until completely melted.Spread chocolate over the top of the bars and then sprinkle some crushed peanuts. Place back in the freezer until hardened. Pour booster votre énergie surtout en cette période d’été avec ces longues journées,(riches en vitamines ,minéraux et fibres) le plein d’énergie en une bouchée !! 💖💖💖 . 💖ingrédients : 💖 3 belles figues sèches 💖10 dattes 💖3/4 abricots sec moelleux 💖1 petite poignée de raisin sec 💖 3/4 cerneaux de noix 💖 1 belle cuillère à soupe de graines de chia 💖5/6 cuillères à soupe de flocons d’avoine . Passez tous vos fruits sec dans une mixeur jusqu’à obtenir une belle pâte homogène.
