Abs are made in the kitchen 🤤 My chicken is seasoned with mrs. Dash’s salt-free garlic & herb seasoning as well as mrs. Dash’s fiesta lime seasoning. (My veggies are seasoned the same way!) then cinnamon, cayenne and paprika on both. I baked it on 400 for about 25-30 minutes (depending on if I want my veggies crunchy or soft) with coconut oil and a little bit of salsa to keep it from getting dry. I downloaded the @aaptiv app and searched “band”. Did one glute-focused circuit and one upper-body focused #EMOM circuit totaling about 45 min...and then finished up with stairs inside because it started down pouring 🌧😂

Ingredients👇👇👇 Meatballs: 250g 2% fat turkey mince. 250g 5% fat beef mince. 1 onion - finely chopped. 3 cloves of garlic - finely chopped. 30g of breadcrumbs. 1 egg. Handful of grated Parmesan. Fresh chopped parsley. . For the sauce: Tbsp of olive oil. 400g of chopped tomatoes. 400g of passata. Italian herb seasoning. Splash of Worcestershire sauce. Fresh chopped basil. Chopped spinach. 90g of mozzarella - cut into chunks. 300g of long grain rice (uncooked). . Method 👇👇👇 Mix together mince meat, 1/2 onion, 1/2 pepper and 1/3 of garlic + other meatball ingredients in a bowl. Shape into meatballs and set aside. Heat tbsp of olive oil in pan and add remaining onions, garlic and pepper. Fry until they soften, then add chopped tomatoes and passata and stir in. Then add Italian herb seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Leave to simmer for 10-15 mins and set aside. . Then heat tbsp of olive oil in pan and add meatballs. Fry for roughly ten mins, flipping meatballs regularly. Add tomato sauce to meatballs and stir in. Add chopped basil and spinach and stir in. Season to taste and add mozzarella and leave to melt in to the dish before removing from heat. Serve with 300g of long grain rice. .
